HAWCE and CIOB CPD site visit

HAWCE and CIOB are hosting a Site Visit on the 14th September.

The visit will be to Speller Metcalfe’s site at Redditch’s new police and fire hub.

Speller Metcalfe have been contracted to deliver the new Police and Fire Hub in Redditch. The brand new £17.5 million, three-storey building will be located on the disused brownfield site located next to the existing fire station.

The new facility will improve delivery services for local residents, strengthen joint response to emergency incidents and replace outdated provision. The project will include a range of amenities including a gym, meeting rooms, a new accommodation unit drill tower.

PPE will be required – steel toe boots, vis vest and hat.
Please do not park in front of the existing fire station or block any of the exits, emergency access is needed at all times. Additional parking can be found over the road in the B&M car park.
