Following completion of HNC and Bsc qualifications, Russell has spent the last 13 years in construction, progressing from Assistant Site Manager to Interim Head of Projects. Russell’s experience ranges across new-build residential, retail fit out, industrial development and commercial conversion, focusing mainly around Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
