Sean-Paul Tester has almost 20 years of experience as a building services engineer.

Since joining CPW, an international MEP and sustainability consultancy in 2013, Sean-Paul’s is currently an Associate within the business. Sean-Paul’s journey at CPW so far has seen him amas experience within many different sectors including residential, education, manufacturing/logistics, healthcare and MoD, for both newbuild and refurbishment.

Throughout Sean-Paul’s career he has been part of the delivery team or leading various projects local to Hereford & Worcester. Various schemes at University of Worcester over the years including Heat Decarbonisation Plan, Salix funded decarbonisation works for photovoltaics, solar thermal and LED lighting upgrades, Pierson Library Refurbishment, Jenny Lind Data Centre, Elizabeth Garrett Anderson and ICCEC, other projects include the Mount Battenhall Retirement Village a Grade II* and Grade II listed buildings integrated with new build villas and design for Podsmead Regeneration.
